诚征不在房内抽烟，不养宠物。

出门步行5分钟到车站Anzac highway 5A或6

车程10分钟内可直达city。
车站附近有coles，kmart，银行等shopping centre。


出租的间是：
   
    4月5号能入住
    queen size bed, 床头柜，桌椅，2,7高 x 2.2宽 一面是镜子的大衣柜+5层大柜子
    全木地板
     6个月以上(长租）-》 150 + share bills
     6个月以下(短租）-》 175 全包 （电煤网水）
     另加$40 可双人居住

押金是4周的房租。
关于bill, 正常使用的话不会超过15奥比/1周

约个时间随时可以看房。
