不过从另一个角度来说，如果你觉得这个东西不贵，吃了也没什么坏处。
老年性关节炎或osteoarthritis其实很难治。重在坚持活动，才能保持关节的润滑度，越不动越僵硬动起来越疼。其实如果很疼影响日常生活的话可以用paracetamol (也就是panadol)。这个药还是很安全的。只要别吃过量。neurofen布洛芬之类的对老年人的肾功能可能有影响，而且容易和其他的药尤其是降压药类反应，所以要慎用。

鱼油有消炎的作用，临床上对治疗风湿性关节炎有用。对治疗老年性关节炎暂时还没有临床证据显示有明显疗效。不过其实吃了对心脑血管也有好处，所以如果要二选一，鱼油比glucosamine好。至于磷虾油或krill oil，临床上的证据还没有很多，只是成分和鱼油相似，所以也卖得很火。买这些东西就看个人承受能力了。

至于骨质疏松，去医院查一下维生素D的血液水平。要是平时不怎么出门，VitD低基本上是肯定的，所以补一补维生素D就行了。至于补钙，13年上半年England Journal of Medicine刚登了一篇大型临床试验结果，显示更年期后妇女补钙会增加血管钙化的程度，所以建议更年期后妇女如果血钙正常就不要补钙。
如果骨质疏松严重，比如出现骨折等情况，那就应该去医院看，有别的药可以用。

养老院最常见的给老人的保健品就是这个和鱼油了~~~

Krill oil. 你说的很对，磷虾油的效果和鱼油很相近，少量可以保健大脑眼睛，多一点可以降血脂，保健心血管，再高一点的剂量还可以起到关节消炎的作用。

作为亚裔，本身中年心血管疾病几率就高，补充一下是好的
