我提议你直接打电话到电费和煤气费公司，问清楚现在的用者是否已经改了新的租客名字。如果还是用你的名字的话，你应该知会电费和煤气费公司告知他们你已经搬离该房子，并要求他们取消你们的名字，以防止日后缴付其他费用。
