你需要几分委托书就学要几分公证表格。。大概好像这些。你读一下网站。。。更清楚。公证你在网上查一下。。我忘记了

我不知道你的房屋在哪里，在中国每一个省都是不同的。因为我们在广州有代办处，所以广州的法律专业人事会代我们草拟有关该委托书的条文。
一般来说，根据现行的中国法例，三个人士是可以做一份委托书的。委托书是一份有法律效力的文件，每一个省市都不同，因此很难给你一个确实的法律意见。再者，也不知道你的房屋的性质是怎样，农村的房子与城市的房子的授权书是有很大的差异的。
