House地址是14 Danby St. Torrensville，5031，三分钟到车站，多辆车进城，距离阿大及Uni SA绝对不超过十五分钟车程。
      现有一间空房出租，房内家具包括大床一张，书桌及椅子两套，衣柜两个（照片内只有一个）房间内有空调。

      房间是全木地板，砖墙。local房东就住在隔壁，有什么东西损坏可以联系他过来修。网络是Adam ADSL 2+。附近有Foodland，commonwealth及ANZ，以及各种小餐馆，生活方便。

      现在的室友是两女一男， 都是南澳的学生，希望能找到安静并且爱干净的人一同居住，最好是长租，10月中旬可入住。No smoking, no pets, sorry.
