我认为为了300澳元不值得冒这个风险的。

你好，一般来说，如果政府官地上的大树导致树根影响围墙及楼宇结构，包括水喉管等都是没有赔偿的。你唯一可以做就是找工人把树根翻出来，把地基全部重新维修。
