三室大house全家具整租。房子位于西面Torrensville区。我自己住了3年房东意大利人，现在因为室友回国所以找小房子住。房东人很nice，所以我帮他找下一个房客。

房子翻新过，墙壁都是粉色。全家具有什么要求能和房东商量，一个master room with ensuite 和衣帽间。两个小房间，分别有一个浴室和一个分开的厕所。客厅一头还有一个客厕，一共3个厕所完全不用担心抢厕所问题，饭厅和客厅都很大。带一个garage。 8月初available.
房子离市里很近出门1分钟就到公交车站。公交15分钟一辆，早上高分期7分钟一辆。公交直达南澳，阿大门口。
整个区非常安静和安全。直接和房东签合约，房东包水费而且会定期过来帮忙除草。
