现在的房子有一个书房.一个卧室,平时住两人.这个寒假一个回国一个月,另一个,也就是我,去其他国家一个月.
现在短租出去,只租一人(因为是单人床),也就是说这一个月厨房厕所都只有你一个人用.
很新的apartment,家里设施齐全(高压锅豆浆机电饭煲什么都有,各种调料都有.随便用).本来打算空着的,但是想想还是来这里看看能不能租出去.
位置,242 -248 franklin st.走到 china town 五分钟,unisa west校区七分钟,阿大15分钟可以坐99c.

如有兴趣,请与我联系,我好把照片给你看已经约时间看房.还有最近考试请发信息,七月5号-七月8号之间欢迎来看房,再这之后家里就没人了...

价格:220/全包一人一周..如果住满三周600全包..不议价,我们已经亏了..你懂的
