刚与房东take的一间新house
现在房子还有人住要到7月中才可以入住
考完试回国的朋友可以先预定那样就不用回了国还忙着找房子了{:10_417:}

房子的设施很全可拎包入住还有中央空调在澳洲夏天没有空调真的很难熬{:10_426:}
unlimited 的网络
一卫一浴卫浴分开
房子住满4人

周边suburb安全且极安静，有south rd 直达city公车，车程大约30分钟。有火车substitute bus，车程20分钟左右。有车去Flinders Uni。有车直达Marion Shopping Centre 打工购物方便。{:10_421:}

有车的朋友可以street park。
