要求房间干净，社区环境好一点。本人有车，所以对位置无特殊要求，距离市区10公里车程都可以接受。4月22日前后入住。

本人是软件工程师，无不良嗜好，不抽烟。现在在市区Rundle Street上班。希望能先签3到4个月，之后再根据情况决定是否续签。

价格150元/周或以下都可以接受。

本人有一四室house位于EDWARDSTOWN，最多4人入住。现有1大1小房间出租，全配，交通方便，近购物中心，联系0413967988，安排看房。现有2个爱尔兰人入住。

我也想20号入住同求干净去city方便？租期和价格是多少？

租期半年起，小间130，大间160，包bills 和网络（300G Peak、unlimited offpeak）。有火车，汽车（241,719,720，W90）去city。
