有个问题请教一对夫妇在婚姻存续期间买了一套住房，但房主是女方，如果离婚的话，房子如何分配。女方尽了主要还款义务，因为男方收入低。期待回复，多谢。

如果夫妻结婚超过五年的话，在结婚期内，男女双方的收入通常法庭都不会考虑的。资产和负债都会平分的。
但是如果夫妻结婚少过五年的话，就会考虑有关男女双方在婚姻期内所付出及还款的比例作为依据，然后根据双方各自付出及还款的比例分配。

离婚的时候，所有资产，包括雙方联名的，和男女任何一方名下的资产，都是要分的。结婚後，仼何以自已名字买入的资产，都是要分的。

请问郑律师，假如结婚前男方或者女方单独买的房产，并没有贷款，结婚后离婚要跟另一方平分吗？十分感谢。
