本人是阿大waite campus 的一枚大三学生，由于专业关系，求租一间距离该校区能步行到达的单人房间。

本人是女生，不抽烟不养宠物爱干净整洁的家庭环境。与人和善，待人随和，而且有多年的与人合租房子的经历，如果可以的话，我还可以帮忙做家里的卫生。

找房子十分困难，所以如果您的房子适合我，我会长租1年甚至2年至我毕业。关于租金，本人目前没打工也不是富二代，所以140（全包）以下是我可接受的范围。
