西区第9站近city新装修大house招一干净女生

我在这个房子住了2年，刚搬进来的时候是新装修的。要租的房间只住过女生所以保持的非常新。:victory:
房子一共3个room，master room 住着1对couple，也就是我和我的男朋友，另外一个单人间住一个很安静的男生剩下就是要出租的一个单人间。外面有独立的一个厕所和一个浴室同单人间的男生share.

房子是双砖结构，就是所说的冬暖夏凉的那种。房间没有空调，客厅和厨房各有1个空调。住了这么久发现夏天觉得不热冬天也不冷，所以我觉得没有空调也没什么关系。如果非要房间带空调不可的同学不好意思。

本人在阿大读研究生，其他2位室友也是在读书。所以希望能保持一个安静的环境。也希望入住的女生也是比较安静而且不会带很多朋友过来的。我们也会非常尊重你的私人空间和生活环境。每2周会有一次大规模的大扫除，无非是清理下厨房和自己用的厕所和房间。综上所述，希望找一个安静，干净不会斤斤计较的女生。

房间里面有个大落地窗，外面还有个独立的小“阳台” 就是一个露天的空间。可以自己放个衣架晒晒衣服，或者摆张椅子也行。
