如果实在不行 我倒是觉得 假如你朋友真的人比较善 真的是在结婚之前就不知道那女的别有用心 澳洲法律到最后又起不到作用的话 可以到国内找到女方家人了解此事 ， 赔钱的赔钱 如果她家人也很坏的话 那么我给你朋友一句话 有的时候 拳头就是最好的公理

如果你朋友和这个国内女子结婚超过两年，她拿了PR后才离开并申请离婚，很难说这是骗婚，毕竟他们已经以夫妻的名义共同生活了两年。
在片面之词下，很难去告对方婚姻欺诈的。如果你想进一步咨询的话，你可以直接与本律师联络。
一般来说，如果有真实的证据证明对方骗婚，你的朋友可以直接委托律师去函联邦移民局，以婚姻欺诈行为指控对方，如果调查属实的话，移民局会取消该女子的PR，并会引渡其回中国。
