1. 房子位於Glynde，交通便利，Bus Stop 15 站，到City10分钟，公車多 (174,177, 178, 178N, 179), 不需要查公車時刻表，每5-10 分鐘一班公車。

2. 附近有兩個購物中心:(Marden shopping centre & Glynde shopping centre)，走路5-10分鐘。有超市/麥當勞/肯德基/餐廳/郵局/銀行/各種商店都很近。

3. 2個房間都有衣櫥，書房/第三個房有壁櫥。屋內有冷暖/氣，後院不大,無草皮,好整理，有蔓籐架,晒衣架和庫房。房間有地毯，屋內乾淨。

可短租, 不養寵物, 不室內吸煙

Location: Barnes Rd. Glynde 5070

可以說國語和廣東話
