我之前租的房子跟房东讲好租到年底，但是房东要搬去墨尔本，让我另找房子。
但是，搬走之前说好是要退的磅金一直没有退给我。
搬出前当面要退的时候，她说了各种不便，说放心肯定不会骗你这点钱。。。。
但是现在我发短信，她已经不会了，而我搬出来已经2周了
我有收据及她的护照号
请问我该怎么办呢？
