对房间的要求：
City内，因为想把交通费省了。不要求房间多大，能住couple就好，网络可以不是无限制的，可以没有车位。价钱希望不要太高。11月16日左右入住。

本人情况：
不抽烟，不养宠，作息规律，无任何不良嗜好。本人的老婆明年3月之前会过来，所以想直接租一个couple房间。在3月之前，是我一个人住。

房子是全新的房子，有一间双人间，全新家具，床桌子，大的双开门衣柜，大的落地窗，房子是全新的apartment 今年才建好，

住满最多是你们两个加一个安静干净的女生，阿大和南澳正对面，出门有99c，15分钟走到chinatown或者坐tram2分钟到chinatown，1分钟到rundle mall......1分钟到rundle street 不做饭的朋友也不会担心没地方吃饭。

房子里硬件设备齐全，两室一厅一卫，公共空间宽敞，家具电器齐全，拎包入住。
