房间超级新地理位置无可挑剔。此房曾整套招租。但苦于迟迟无人问津。现单租拉！
入住时间为：11月初，最短租期为3个月
地址：15-19 synagogue place, adelaide, 5000
房租：房租为194一周（水费包括，无限网络包括）+ share electricity bills only。
Bond金为4周房租。
这套apartment有2个double bedrooms，一个卫生间，一个客厅，厨房为开放式的。
房间设施都为全新的，入住时保证干净得不能再干净。
随时欢迎看房。

卫生间是纯白的。平时大概2个月会有一次inspection.所以卫生间一直保持干净整洁。

因为是Unilodge（学生宿舍），一楼有common room和laundry room还有movie room 有超大的投影仪screen可以看movie。平时在家学习总爱打酱油的孩纸们不用千里迢迢去图书馆（不过从这里去图书馆也就5分钟）就可以享受图书馆福利拉！一楼的common room有3个学习室。非常的安静也有很舒适有中央空调。
