房租价格：（per week）
双人大房间，9月29日入住，租期6个月起， 125单人，155双人，包全半年新家具~！（Share电气网水除草，平均每人每周$20AUD的bill）退房前需负责洗自己房间的地毯。

房子情况：
三房一厅，前后院，现住2女一男，2女住2单人间，男生住车库，车库门口的砖地，和房子前院草地可以停车。
中央空调，超大卫浴，全新开放式厨房，洗碗机，安全报警设备，封闭式小院，自动门车库。
房间面积很大，配备Queen size的床，2个大衣橱，大书柜和3张写字台~！可容纳你所有的衣物用品~！
P.S.家具电器半年新~！

交通情况：
出门拐弯见车站，Main North Rd 上多辆快速直达Bus，F班的公车，到city只要15分钟~！
同时Bus直通Mawson Lakes Campus，到达时间是10分钟~！
Bus stop23 有221, 222, 224, 225, 226F, 228, 229, 209F, N224 （基本无需等车~！）

便利生活：北区Enfiled安静安全小区，
小区是北边高档小区，有图书馆等设施~！出门走几步就有IGA，post，McDonald‘s，满足您的日常生活需要~！
