另外说明一点，拉肚子的时候喝普通奶粉（含lactose的）会让拉肚子变得更厉害，这个和过敏无关，只是在拉肚子的时候肠道粘膜受损，导致乳糖不耐受，仅此而已。另外换奶粉的时候确实需要循序渐进，除了过敏和拉肚子情况需要马上换，一般从某一个阶段换到下一个阶段都是要慢慢添加的。
