短期的可以1个星期到2个月左右的
长期的话三个月以上
短期接受旅游或者探亲的人需要的话短期的是可以在空出一个房间
具体联系了以后再说
租金120包水电煤一个人如果两个人另外商量

网的话就是50个g给你一个人如果需要更多的网的话可以商量但是如果各项超的话就另附
房间有衣柜和一个Q size的床床上用品都有房间阳光充足小区很安静的

现在可以7月12号之前来住短期或者8月12号之后的长短期 7月12号一个短期有预订不过没确定下来
