现居住2个北方人 都是游戏发烧友 热爱游戏，美剧 动画片。。。（我们不会逼着你玩的！）
房子没有租给过别人，比较新，家具齐全有中央空调，无限ADSL2+(如果你是一个无限下载抢占资源的人，也有可能会限制一下）
室内有PS3 WII PSP PSV 各种游戏设施，还有卫星电视（中文台）
内置2个车库，3间卧室，一个后花园 一个前花园，一个洗手间 一个卫生间一个客厅。
步行40秒 到239 车站--到city 20分钟左右
步行45秒 对面有高尔夫球场，娱乐中心，公园。。。
步行5分钟 房东极力推荐的越南饭店
步行10-15分钟 华人商店，饭店 230-232BUS 至少15分钟--15左右分钟到CITY
公交车都可以到Andel Shopping Center
关于学生：
如果你是regency tafe 的学生 步行10分钟就到学校。
由于房东是UNISA的学生， 在 MAWSON LAKES CAMPUS 学习，
如果你是哪里的学生，视情况 时间表可以共同上下课。
单人间：
单人床，电动卷闸床，单人桌或双人桌 椅子，外置衣柜
120/week 包括 utility fee
双人间：
双人床 电动卷闸床，单人桌或双人桌，镶嵌式壁柜 两个小床头柜（如不需要可以搬出）
140/week 包括 utility fee
入住条件： 只出租给单人，随时
拎包入住。
