Fulham Gardens区 一大双人间和一大单人间出租，
近henley beach
，步行20分钟至海边。{:4_157:}
出门拐弯不用走就是公交站 H31 stop21，走5分钟上henley beach road有
多辆公交车
。公交20分钟至city，开车15分钟。henley beach road自西向东直着走到city的不拐弯大家都知道，这条路不堵车所以
交通非常方便
，在city上班上学都非常方便。
住宅区
环境非常优美
是富人区不用多介绍，
周围各种设施
和公园都在步行范围内，走路5-10分钟都到，包括shopping centre，chinese bakery，target，foodland，各种快餐外卖，商店等等，henley beach road上面有非常多的店大家都知道。
房子是老房子
双层砖墙
的，冬暖夏凉，隔音好，但是内部重新装修的比较新，房间内是地毯的其他地方都是地板。
房子内有
独立卫生间和浴室
，淋浴和bathtub都有，分开的。
房子内一共4个房间，现出租一双人间和一单人间。每间的朝向都是一样的，房间都很大。单人间房租130+bills， 双人间150+bills/一人如果两个人住就是165+bills（couple住或者朋友2人share一间房只是比单人住象征性多收15块钱，相当划算不要错过哦~~~{:4_159:}）
关于交通方面，距离的问题不想说太多了，一定要找city附近10站以内的就不要问了，房间是给喜欢住的舒适靠海边的同学最合适，10站和20站在这个位置不过是坐车10分钟和20分钟的问题，看个人的选择了。本人在city上班一周5天每天都坐公交车到city，没觉得不方便。
院内3车位
，车库里2车位，门口顶棚的车位一个，后院也可以停车
