东南富人区Linden Park豪华大床房

交通状况：出门拐弯50米公交站，特别适合容易出门发现忘带东西的人，147高峰期至多30分钟直达city。步行5分钟左右可搭乘144，高峰期至多20分钟抵达city阿大门口。

生活设施：出门拐弯处有一家肉店，公交站前有杂货店可买车票及日常用品，200m有post和chemist。144公交站附近有巨大型shopping center-- burnside 内有大型coles，南澳唯一zara，ck，nine west，Kiehl's及rundle mall所能见到的多家品牌商店，生活及其便利。

周边环境：步行范围附近有篮球场，网球场，公园可BBQ。邻居多为local，不临主街，安静安全。

屋内设施：家电一应俱全，客厅有卫星电视，屋内地毯中央空调，阳光房光线充足视野开阔。超大衣柜及穿衣镜，Queen Size床，书桌和电脑桌，真正做到拎包入住。室友3人都为女生，爱干净，友好，安静。

最好2月13号之前入住，最好为爱干净的女生。
