现有两间卧室出租，地点位于glenelg. 夏天到了，你们都懂的
住户类型为 apartment ，电梯入户。楼下随便停车。 一共三个卧室。现住我跟我女朋友，和善易交往。 中国式封闭厨房， 独立的洗衣房， 全套ikea 家具， 海景客厅以及阳台，窗户打开就是海滩！ 两个独立的卫浴，内嵌式壁柜。
主要交通工具为tram ， 每15分钟发一班，不管是不是workday ， 都准时准点。半小时绝对能到chinatown! 同时楼下步行1分钟有j1 车站， 去机场很方便。也有 很多bus(具体哪些记不清楚了，可以上

上查一下) 10分钟到marion shopping center ， harbour town,或者弗林德斯大学
步行10分钟即可到jetty rd ， 电影院， coles , woolworth , mc ,subway, wendy's， 各大银行， pub
洗衣机，电视机，XBOX, 冰箱，吸尘器，微波炉,烤箱，一应俱全。
出租一个卧室：$155 （包括所有费用： 网络 电 水）queen size 床。
诚心寻求 爱干净的朋友，本人已经住在这4年，楼里所住的全是local 的老人，人都很nice ， 希望住进来的朋友，能真正把这里当一个家，而不是hotel .此处绝对的安静 安全 安心！
