The house has four bedrooms and currently only one girl student lives there.
Parkside is at the south-eastern edge of the city. It is a neat,
safe and quiet suburb and close to city(Bus Stop 3, you may walk to city, Unisa and Ade. Uni.).
$120/per-room includes all bills. 200GB BroadBand, Air-Con, Full Fur. Not smokers and Pets please.
