新购 CITY 中心，唐人街后Townhouse, (address: 13 Sparman Close, Adelaide) 图中家具是建筑商用来做广告的，书房改成单人间.

单间$125/WK, 双人间$190一人，$240二人，水电网全包，但超出平均用量会另计。因为房主是女生，方便起见，女生优先。

卫生间是公用的，房间随时可以入住，如果到了九月底还没有租出去我会考虑的：）
