电视、DVD、传真、扫描、打印机、冰箱、洗衣机、厨房用品、各类烹饪用具等一应俱全。town house格局，一层起居室+厨房，二层卧室，双卫生间，车库可存放2辆轿车，前院无限制停放车辆。

卧室为queen size bed，家具齐全。

新town house，中央空调，各房间可单独控制室温。近公车站，去Uni SA、Adelaide Uni极方便。

单人间， double size bed
130为每月房租，水电费、网费为share bill。
求长租~
短租房租请单敲。

拍照的时候阴天光线不太好，其实房间每天都能晒到太阳的说。
