1 我和老公在国内结婚，可以回国内办理离婚手续，问题是在澳洲怎样证明我们已经离婚了？中国和澳洲这种结婚、离婚部门有任何联系吗？
2 我有个小店想给他，还需要任何合同吗？是不是更换一下名字就可以了？

如果你想将小店转给你丈夫的话，一般来说，你需要做一份申请书，申请豁免印花税，否则生意买卖是需要缴付印花税的。

请问郑律师照您这么说 pr回国离婚后需要通知移民局么？既然澳洲的婚姻注册处没有结婚记录，如果国内离婚后想在澳洲再婚是不是可以直接去婚姻注册处办理呢？谢谢
