The house is in a very convenient location, 2 minutes walking distance to bus stop 22nd on south road( direct bus to the city;it takes about 15-20 minuts; bus 721,720,722); 5 minuts walking distance to foodland where you can do you grocery shopping; very close to flinders univerty, FMC.

The room is full furnished as the picture showed, the door has security lock.

Price $115 per week( including 200GB internet), plus sharing water, electricity bill with other housemate, which usually is $15 per week
