南区第十一站一个单人间出租，只限一人住，女生为佳，男生也可= =
房间为上下层UNIT，不在街道旁边，很安静。
一楼为厨房，客厅，一个卫生间，放洗衣机的地方，还有一个小院子。
二楼是一个卫生间配洗澡的，一个大卧室，一个小卧室，出租小间
房间只住2个人连上你，不用担心couple吵

短租的话就是12月1号（前后一周内都行）入住，住至3月1号，正好3个月，好算电费，电费3个月一来。
短租房费为110+bills，短租期间是你和一位工作的叔叔住，他住大间，你住小间。我12月3号回国，2月26号回来，如果你长租，2月26号以后就是和我住了，大间小间你都可以选，但是只住我们两个人，我是阿大女生。

然后说长租= =
长租的话就是从12月1号（前后一周以内）租到6月初，5月底，或者继续租都行，我自己take的这套房子是6月3号到期= =好像是。。如果你要继续住，可以商量，我也考虑下我要不要继续和房东签= =
长租期间，12月1号到3月1号三个月价格为110+bills，3月1号以后为120+bills，如果我回来以后你要住大间的话，我就去住小间
大间价格为135+bills

更多照片可以加我QQ看，房间配置都挺好的，build in 大衣柜，大桌子，台灯，柜子啊，镜子啥的都有。
另外现在小房间里面是个单人床，但是年底12月31号我朋友用的我的大床会还给我，到时候你就有大床睡了= =
