房屋简介： 3 个卧室， 2 个卫生间， 2 个浴室， 1个厨房， 1个客厅，1个车库

其他信息：家门口散步到O-Bahn车站7分钟；如果不愿走路可以骑我的自行车去（1分钟到）
价钱：125（全包All bills included）
交通状况：早高峰，从家门口到阿大对面车站，最多25分钟（无数次实测）；如果从骑我的车（免费）去车站，还可以再少5分钟。到CITY的车很多，随便说几个：M44，G30，G40，C1，C2，541，542，543，545，546，548，J1，J2等等，各路车还有直达车，路线后面加一个X，比如M44X，C1X等等。直达车中途不停，从tea tree plaza到CITY只需11-13分钟。
