CITY 内东南角有一大房出租，交通便利，地址：374 Halifax st, adelaide 5000

目前住的都是中国人，但房东是澳洲当地人不住在这里，房租120全包，网络180G，交通便利，可步行至大学以及chinatown，有意向者，可直接联系房东（英文），房东人还是很好的。或者也可以加我QQ，不过我本人不在阿德雷德居住而且平时要上班，所以可能无法很快回应。鉴于房子地理位置在市区内，价格超低，所以比较抢手。本人建议直接联系房东，询问看房事宜。现在里面住的人都很好，希望善良友好的朋友一同入住。
