（图片更新）最近刚更新了合同，然后HOUSEMATE要回国了，所以有一间他的主卧室空出，整间UNIT的价格是260的，所以我只是找个HOUSEMATE一起SHARE，130+SHARE BILLS。（电费+网络，ADAM 100G)
地址是1/13 SELBY ST KURRALTA PARK，是一间单层的UNIT
交通便利,公车的话只要步行5分钟就到车站，有3辆不同BUS直达CITY，同时如果你开车的话离CITY 4 KM,离 GLENGLE大概 7 KM左右，很方便的。
全部家具，拎包既可入住，10月底AVALIABLE,
由于我个人基本是FULL TIME工作，白天通常不在家，所以也希望和安静以及爱整洁的朋友一起居住，欢迎大家联系我来看房

房子情况呢只能一个人住，因为合同上和中介说明只能2个人住这个UNIT。。。所以COUPLE 就抱歉了
