近市区三室UNIT招租其中一房间。36 Luhrs Road, Payneham South SA 5月28日即可入住

卧室属于中等大小，带有嵌入式衣柜，书桌和椅子还有单人床，如果自己有一些家具，也可以放进去。

房间家具齐全，带有洗衣机，两个冰箱，还有厨房所有用具等，有独立的后院和车库储存室。目前有两个男孩子住在里面，两个男孩子都是受过良好教育，有稳定工作，人也非常随和，容易相处。

交通方面，因为靠近离PORTRUSH ROAD不远，所以2分钟可以走到公车站，乘坐102,104和105都能到达市区，时间不超过15分钟。另外附近也有COLES,K-MART等超市，生活上也非常便利。

房间租金为每周150，4周的BOND，包括所有的BILL，还有150G的无线网络。
