1.
大多数留学生的签证上的日期是3月15日，那签证在3月15日就过期了？
错！入门等级当量较小但误踩率较高的小雷.3月15日是您签证有效期的最后一天，而不是过期的第一天。两者天壤之别！
- 一不小心，学生签证过期3天了,那我就非法了？黑民了？没法申请其他签证了?
流感雷， 85%以上的学生都会中招。一般来说, 过期后28天内尚可申请新的学生签证. 千万不要就此黑下去!!

递交学生签证申请必须要CoE？
错！画地为牢雷。 递交学生签证申请仅需Offer Letter即可。
- 没有雅思 6, 申请不了TR 485, 要延期留澳的话只能继续烧钱读书？或者转旅游签？
毒雷！其流毒危害极大极广。
旅游签无益，没有工作权利; 学生签证不利，继续烧钱何时到头？且80%出勤率，每周只能20小时工作，不爽！没有雅思或职业评估, 还可能有合法途径留澳！不必继续烧钱读书！！还有无限制的工作权利！！！
- 还没有职业评估, 申请不了TR 485, 要延期留澳的话只能继续烧钱读书？或者转旅游签？
毒雷2！排雷方法同上。有政策就要用，用足用够！
6.
一个人同时只能递交一份签证申请
法律并无此规定. 可以同时递交二份甚至更多份的申请， 甚至也可能在不同时刻递交同一类别签证的多份申请。有人会问，那是不是有病啊？ Well, 到时您就明白了. J
7.
TR 485已递, 但 ‘我等到花儿都谢了’，是不是只有继续 ‘痴痴地等’, 没别的办法了。
泄气雷， 不致人命但泄人气。 完全有其他方式，如有工作，则可作雇主担保（最快1-3个月即出）。如果干等, 那就等它等你心痛, 等它等到没有梦了.
8.
没有新SOL上的职业，
就没法移民
哀莫大于心死雷,害人非浅！即便是厨师，西点，美发专业,甚至普通商科，依然有移民途径。 移民并非‘华山一条道’，而是‘条条大路通罗马’！！！
9.
移民部威胁要拒签， 让我撤，那不撤还行？
To be or not to be雷： 撤,还是不撤， 这是个问题。
尤其是在雇主提名申请中有关 3年工作经验，英文或者年龄的豁免上，会出现类似情况。有很多案例，顶住不撤，斗争周旋缓解，最后力挽狂澜，喜获批准的，我们有!
10.
学生没有3年工作经验，不能办雇主提名121 或 856？
雷人雷：没这回事儿。有传言‘市场上成功率不到10%’，至少俺所经历的远超60%概率。

但，我们最近的一位客户的情况验证了我们的猜测，如果同时批准，那么最后会保留885

还在移民申请的大海中奋力游泳的朋友们注意了，一波大浪潮即将开始。 这一波就是今天联邦政府即将正式公布的下一年财政年度的预算报告。
据昨天的《澳洲人报》报道，财政部长Swan提到, One measure to be announced tomorrow will be a 60 per cent increase in skilled migrant intakes under the Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme,….. The RSMS intake will be increased by 6000, with the administrative shake-up expected to make the program more responsive to the needs of communities in mining areas of Western Australia and Queensland.
（新预算将把边远地区雇主担保计划（Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme，RSMS）的移民数量增加60%...预计RSMS配额将增加6千个，政府还将对RSMS作出行政方面的调整，以便能够更好地反映西澳和昆州采矿地区的技术人才需求。）
这一波大潮将更进一步推动雇主提名类别的审批（目前普通速度为5-7个月， 如果递交的是催签状态，最快1-3周即可批出）
而潮流的反方向是今年7月1日即将实施的GSM普通技术移民新政，在该新政的严格打分制下，没有4个7分的雅思成绩要移民的话非常困难， 即便是有4个8分的雅思，也未必有绝对把握过分数线。
如果认清方向，那么申请人有可能在数月甚至数周内获准PR，如果满足如下主要条件
- 不到45岁；
- 雅思均分4.5 （是的，您没有看错！）
- 有澳洲大专及更高学历
在某些情况下，甚至上述几条都可以豁免！

as long as you got a job in Adelaide, it is possible to get PR.
有了签证问题，最好找移民代理作正式的咨询，而不要依赖非正式的意见，因为这些消息并非可靠，且没有人会为这些非正式意见负责， 这将对您的申请造成不必要的隐患。
