两室一厅的unit现单人间招租。家里只会住我和单人间的室友一个。
位于portrush RD，介于parade和kensington RD中间，向左可坐kensington RD 2班车前往city，向右也有parade 4班车。步行10分钟到达parade购物中心地段，有foodland，coles，pharmacy，餐馆，诊所，电影院和服装店等等。Internet是TPG

现招一整洁安静室友共住！！！长短租皆可，最好长租。我是女生，所以希望找一女性室友。
