不知道你有没有做清楚生意转让的手续。如果你委托律师全部办理该清洁合同的转让手续的话，你便是承办商，你便可以要求退回GST和其他法例授予你可以退回的费用。你最好问清楚和你办理的律师或中介，看清楚买卖合同的细则。如果你想进一步咨询，可直接致电给我08-83592526
