本人假期回国房间超低价转租~~ 9平方米卧室 double size大床  1周50刀全包 12.2～2.28 available 优先租给打算整个假期都住这的朋友

房间内衣柜电脑桌台灯等等所有家具齐全 有中央空调夏天整个house里所有房间都很凉爽
与另外3名房客share Adam ADSL2+ 60G无线网络  其它房客2女1男都是学生都很随和好相处

房子位于113 Perry Barr Rd Hallett Cove  在Hallett Cove Reserve Park边缘靠山面海治安好比北区靠谱很多

步行至Hallett Cove Train Station 8~9分钟  Train 30分钟到city  开车20分钟到city 15分钟到Flinders大学 5分钟Hallett Cove Shopping Centre  10分钟Marion Shopping Centre 附近有Bus 720H直达Flinders Uni Bus681 684 685 5分钟直达Hallett Cove Shopping Centre

Hallett Cove Shopping Centre有各大银行 Woolworths BigW Foodland和麦当劳及各种餐厅
