  概述：由于本人年底回国，特此出租自己住的房间3个月。房子就紧靠着J1的车站。走到车站只需2分钟。机场专线大家肯定都知道，应该没有人不知道J1的。早上高峰期7分钟一班车，其余时间均是15分钟一般，周六周日也是一样。不会出现等半个小时的情况。
   房东是已经在这里拿到citizenship的中国人，来adelaide 已有20多年，为人热情，做事有条理。他每周都会到家里来打扫卫生，（只是客厅，厨房，绝不会擅自进房客的房间），所以完全不用担心房屋的卫生问题。
   家里一共有8个房间（听起来有点多），不过完全不会出现拥挤的情况，至少我住了半年没有遇到过上厕所排队的情况。家里有两个卫生间，两个浴室，两个冰箱。房东安排好对每个卫生间，浴室，冰箱的使用，而且室友素质都很不错，都遵照房东的要求做，至今没有遇到不愉快的事情。
   家里一共住8个人，除了我，还有一个男生，6个女生。6个女生皆为安静学习型，基本上晚上过了8，9点，都回自己房间看书。那一个男生也属友好内向型，也不是会发出很大噪音的主。因为大部分是女生，所以较适合女生居住，当然内向安静型男生也欢迎。还有一点，我的房间是家里隔音效果最好的一个，你来看了之后就知道为什么了。

   网络：130G 8个人share. 大部分都是女生，所以都很有素质，至今没出现流量用超的情况。（顺便讲一下，房东签的网的plan，是那种即使用超了照样能用，只是网速会有点慢。）
   房间：起码有10平房米。有一个大衣柜，一个单人床，一个储物柜，一张ikea买的大桌，我还有一个自己买的小衣柜，如果需要的话也可以给你。

租期：11月24号~ 2月24号。租金：$125 一周，全包。
