房屋简介：3个卧室，1个卫生间，1个浴室，1个厨房，1个客厅

房屋信息：这房子很大，院子很大，还有个游泳池、房东很好，人很善良，而且是位学识渊博的知性的中年女房东，室友也很好，人都很友善，一个是阿大的master，一个是UniSA的master，都是男生。还有一家是已经移民过来的一家三口，人很和善，他们有自己的卫生间，所以不需要担心share卫生间的问题。如果你搬进来的话，只需要和2个人share卫生间和洗浴间，都很方便的。

房屋价钱：一周是90AU+share bill

交通状况：走路5分钟到paradise interchange，去city的车特别多，基本上几分钟就有去city的公车，而且都是传说中的O-Bahn，到city15分钟，非常适合阿大和UniSA的学生！
