这个房子是在288,287的11站，近Henley beach 8站。中央空调+中国电视。现出租阳光房间。整个房子是1个厨房1个客厅5间房，2间洗澡间，一间厕所。最多住6人。现全住学生。ADSL2+200g网络 110+share bill。

附近有KFC，domino pizza，IGA，游泳池，金塔超市。

288 287 2分钟步行到bus站点，8分钟左右到city，10分钟左右到UniSA（City West Campus）12分钟左右到city west tram stop，18分钟左右到（阿大，南澳）。然后从rundle mall的target绕去Chinatown（35分钟左右）。

不挨街面所以很安静· 房子在我们之前还没有人住过（我们也刚take下来）
所以房子是全新的各种家具都全新中央空调安全门
每个房间都有窗户·是doubleroom 所以不像普通单人间那么挤··
卫生间浴室算是比较豪华的一层一个三层一个所以不会挤
二层是厨房+living room 超大的··并且不会有隔间
一层或者三层都可以住单人185+share bills
