ADSL2网络,很快。house一共4间，2间在客厅左边，2间在右边楼上，各有一个卫生间，互不打扰。要出租的房间在楼上，很安静。
4-5分钟步行到bus站，15分钟到阿大。

合同还有3个月，由于我已经找到新房子，所以低价出租115+share bills, 本来是要130的，住了就知道划得来了。

有一个自己的大壁橱！！！(壁橱上的门是可以合上的，如果为了整齐的话)
重要的是壁橱里内置一个洗手池，烧个水，刷个牙都很方便，没事了再打个豆浆，厨房都不用去了~

自己独立的卫生间！！！
