设备齐全：卧室有床和床垫（都是新买的），书桌，衣柜等。公用家具齐全，并且大多都是新买的（冰箱，洗衣机，数字电视40多频道，空调，电暖炉，吊扇，沙发，各种柜子和桌椅，院内有一整套烧烤工具和桌椅，厨房内也什么都有），带着自己的行李就可入住，什么都不用买。房子是新装修的，特别新、干净，跟宾馆一样的感觉。
停车位：两个。
大房间我和我爱人住，小房间出租110/w（长住可以再便宜点儿），包水电煤气费、无线宽带费。要求：讲卫生，易相处。可预约看房。
