现有一间超大房间出租，房间内家具齐全，包括：双人床，3开大衣柜，超大桌子，床头柜，窗户有纱窗，台灯，床头灯等（房间大的可以再放一张双人床垫了）。房间通气性很好而且阳光也很足。

环境干净，中央空调（相当舒适），电视机，DVD机，洗衣机，冰箱，微波炉一应俱全。全可使用。

厨房内所有用具都有。包括各种锅碗瓢盆，绝对够你用的，甚至连火锅及广州煲汤用的砂锅都有。并且各种刀一应俱全，再也不需为切菜刀钝而烦恼了。

房子为3室2厅（如果加饭厅则为3室3厅，有一个卫生间，一个洗漱房）

有前后花园，园中有乒乓球台，篮球架，并且有超大晾衣服的地方，保证可以让你的被子细菌全部消灭bbq烤炉，各种果树，包括枇杷树，橘子树，芦荟等，皆可食用。还有专门的熨衣房，车库（并且车库都是用砖做的，现在在阿村基本没有这种车库了。）车库很大足以放2台车。

附近都是当地鬼老住在这很多年了，而且以老人居多，是个富人区，他们都很善良，如果你想联系口语，也是很好的机会，而且很安全

bus T501, 229,208,205 。T500都可以到city，需要25min，平心而论，到city是有一点点远了，但我觉得25min也还好。到TTp，paradise需要10min。到Mawsonlakes 步行15min，也可骑车。而且步行到车站最多2min。但很安静（不在大马路边的房子），到哪里都很方便。

附近有24小时加油站和商店，也有华人超市和IGA（步行7min即可）。附近还有coles，hungry jacks，kmart，redrooster等（步行12min即可）不想步行，也可，房内有免费自行车提供。如果你想减肥，屋内还有称可供测量。

现招爱干净，无烟人士入住，现在住的都是女生，而且容易相处，爱干净。价格：单人130/w包水电煤，双人165/w包水电煤。网大家share，是60G的，很大，一般下个东西没问题的。欢迎随时看房
