It comes with fully furnished and the new brand stuff. Currently, the house has 3 bedrooms and shared by two oversea students. We are now looking for another tidy and clean housemate to move in on next week.
We have an excellent location to Magill Uni student. Just 10 mins walking to Uni. and 5 mins to the supermarket. The bus stop is just next to the house, but the environment is quiet.
To the rent, it would be charged $140 per week, including the electricity and the gas. It is a reasonable price since the landlord just renovated the whole house and all the furnuite comes with new brand stuff. We feel welcome to show you guys around the house on any days.
