For Adelaide University students the security shuttle bus will be available every night Monday to Friday.
This unit is also located near bus stop (stop 5 for Bus 271,273,205-209) and Adelaide City Free Connector bus. About 25 min walk from home to the city. This downstairs unit is fully furnished including items such as TV, DVD, stereo, Air-con., dish-washer etc.
The room for rent is the master room in this two bedroom unit and is ideal for a couple or two people who would like to share the room. Currently there is a single bed, a bunk and two study desks and a bookshelf in the room with two built-in wardrobes. People who used to live in this room are moving to other state and this room will be available from 24 January 2010.
The tenant who is living in the other room is doing his PhD in Adelaide University and is a friendly English-speaking person. Neighbors living upstairs are two friendly Auzzie brothers.
