2011年，近Flinders的好房子出租啦~~~
帖子本是去年发的，今年编辑了一下重新顶起~ 前几页的回复大多是去年留下的，请大家无视，谢谢

双人超大间是180

2个单人大间每个130       都是包水，电，网，煤气，电话月租的价格哈

一年合同，短租勿扰。随时入住。

步行至flinders大学主校区约15分钟，家门口走几个house就是bus站，这个是个小站，只有一路车经过，所以要多些选择的话，就走7分钟到家门外的大路上， N多路车选择。可以直接坐到ct, marion, FMC， TTP，glenelg, west lake等，还可以反向坐车到火车站，乘坐火车去各种地方就不一一介绍了哈。

中央空调。

网络是200G的TPG，可以绝对平均分配给住客。如果你需要。

卫星电视刚装好，收90多个中文台以及其他语言台如果哪位有兴趣的话。。。

主人房自己有卫浴，所以我跟月狼不会跟大家抢厕所。

每个房间的家具都是全的，只要adelaide 95%房东都会提供的东西，我们都会有。我知道有的房东很神奇会放电饭煲或者微波炉什么的在房间，抱歉，这些是真没有。。。都在厨房呢。。也是share的。

N多停车位，不是路边哈~ 算上路边的无限停，那就是N的N次方多了。。。

后院有狗，一苏牧，一边牧。都很乖巧听话，但是不会进屋，而且我已经把后院隔开一半给他们了，所以不用担心。
