一个人住，房间不求大，但最好可以放下双人床的席梦思。不需要有家具。

谢绝10站以内的房子！一个人住。
只要交通方便，而且是新盖得洋房，再远的房子（比如坐TRAIN终点站直达）也可以考虑。
本人对南区（GLENELG，MARION）那边比较熟悉，有那边的新房子最好，当然对MAWSON LAKE那边新房子也蛮有兴趣。
本人没车，所以附近最好走几步路就有SHOPPING CENTER之类的。
