从家到北面的coles和kmart大约700米，到南面的coles稍远1000米(google-earth测量)。

房子有中央空调，两个浴室和一个卫生间。厨房厨具为大家共用，厨具相当齐全。宽带总流量为140g（60g+80g）。出租房间房间为一单人间，但是也不过比普通双人间稍小。房间阳光充足，而且非常的凉爽，夏天基本上不太用空调，电扇开二档就觉等冷。房间陈设比较朴实，仅书架，书桌，椅子，大衣柜，床头柜，单人床，床头灯。

房子里现住一对couple, 一女生，和两个光棍男生（包括我在内）。一人为已工作的厨师，其他均为学生。男生均为北京人，一女生为北京，另一女生为江苏人。室友为人都很豪爽，很容易沟通，且爱劳动（总把房子打扫的干干净净），很容易相处。

1月6号可入住，欢迎随时来看房。
